Dominion Virginia Power, in conjunction with ElderHomes, sponsored an energy fair on June 18, 2011, to highlight the availability of EnergyShare funding for cooling assistance and demonstrate ways to conserve energy and reduce costs.
A series of booths also offered information on the state weatherization program and energy conservation materials and techniques. The fair was held in the parking lot of Lowe's on N. Military Highway, Norfolk.
