This year, make more time for yourself, your family and your friends by enrolling in electronic billing. eBill, Dominion’s paperless billing program, is all about helping you get organized. With eBill you can:

  • Make payments directly from your bank account for free.
  • See an exact copy of your bill online.
  • Receive email reminders when it’s time to pay.
  • View previous bills whenever you want.
  • Keep track of your electricity usage.
  • And make same-day payments.

eBill is environmentally friendly. Last year, we had to shred about 170,000 pounds of paper from envelopes and bills.

So, partner with us, sign up, and join the 700,000 customers now enrolled in our electronic billing program. If you enroll in eBill May 7 through June 29, 2012 you will be eligible to win a Tablet Computer. The winner will be notified on or about June 29, 2012. View the official contest rules.

When Your Lights Go Out, Give Us a Call

Call usWhen power outages occur, getting accurate power-restoration information to customers can be almost important as actually getting the lights back on.

Modern technology helps us respond to large-scale power outages. But we still need your help. Calling us helps confirm that your lights are out.

Please have your account number of the account phone number handy when you call. Reporting an outage promptly - even if you neighbors have done so - speeds up the restoration process.

During storms, our phone system can handle 100,000 calls per hour. Your report becomes part of a computer analysis of lights-out patterns that helps us zero in on problem areas.

So, when you lose your electricity, call 1-866-DOM-HELP (1-866-366-4357).
