To participate in the business programs, please search for a contractor that is part of the Dominion Contractor Network.   This network ensures quality and reliability for enrolled participants.  The contractor will evaluate the HVAC or lighting requirements of your business.  These programs are eligible for the installation of new equipment or the replacement of existing equipment.

Your equipment must be upgraded with a model featuring a rating that's greater than the current national minimum efficiency standard.  The customer and the contractor will agree to a system, price and installation time frame/appointment independent of the program.  After the installation of the new system, an application will be provided to Dominion Virginia Power and the rebate will be processed.
