The MasterCard ePayables Account is a payment method whereby Dominion Energy sends a unique credit card account number as soon as your invoice has been approved for payment. The card account information and remittance detail are sent electronically through email. There are many benefits to using this method:

• Receiving payments much faster, and before the due date
• Helps the environment by eliminating paper checks
• No waiting on mail delivery, or potential lost checks

Electronic Fund Transfer is a payment method which releases payments from Dominion Energy’s bank account to the supplier’s bank account. EFT involves the transfer of funds and remittance information from Dominion Energy to the vendor electronically.

If enrolling in EFT, please be sure that your bank account accepts ACH credits (as opposed to wires)

To enroll in EFT, update your payment information in the Invoicing & Payment Portal. If not currently enrolled in our portal, request an invite to join by filling out our Portal Invitation Request form. It's completely free to all suppliers.
